Collaboration agreement

How do we define collaboration?
Working as part of a team to ensure a successful end result.

Goals and priorities
Our goal is to fulfil the brief, designing for the clients rather than ourselves and creating a striking entranceway.
Our main priorities are to meet deadlines, attending classes, contributing equally and solving any issues.

Schedules

Process
We will keep open communication using our Facebook page and ensure we work to everyones strengths. We will help others with weaker areas.
As long as we collectively collaborate ideas we can delegate  tasks to work on independently.
We will set deadlines and weekly goals for what needs to be done each week.

Time
We will spend 10 hours maximum on this class.
We expect equal time and contribution from all members of the group.
We will meet once a week out of class time and will work around everyones timetables.

Communication
We will communicate regularly through our blog and Facebook page and keep the rest of the group up to date with our progress.
Decisions will be make as a group and democratically.
We will be open and honest with each other and try to settle disagreement amicably.

Critique
Our criticism will be honest but kind and be constructive criticism. We also have to accept critique and be unattached to our ideas to avoid conflict.
We will communicate with other teams through the communications person and a Facebook where all can communicate.

Money and Resources
We will keep a log of how much money each individual spends and pay back after a month.
