How Do We Make Fish Look More Like Whitebait???????

Whitebait are long and skinny se we need to refine the shape of the fish, does it have a tail? what sort of pattern do we give? and what do we use to make the pattern?? whitebait are clear so what do we use to make them so that the are translucent?? and do we add some sort of lighting feature to it?

To make the fish we can cast resin- only problem is the price of resin

We can create a pattern by casting a layer of resin and painting the pattern in, or casting found objects into the resin like beads or shells or pebbles?? - can this be something found in Himatangi?

instead of light we could use something glow in the dark or reflective so that when cars drive past it reflects and give the illusion of light
